PHP 5.3 Available

In our continuing work to make your experience better we have made the php 5.3 branch available. This will eventually become the version we will be running server wide and encourage customers to test out their websites with the new version. Along with many feature enhancements their are also some deprecated functions, we have enabled depreciation notices in 5.3 to identify these.
